If you have an in-studio consultation, we also keep a formula card on file — the base, developer volume, toner and timing used on your hair — so future color work can be matched precisely. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 16.

We use the information you share with us to:

• Confirm and schedule your appointment by phone or email
• Prepare for your consultation, including any patch test required for color services
• Keep an accurate formula record so your color stays consistent across visits
• Respond to questions you send us directly

We do not use your information for automated marketing or add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, the email or form-handling tool that delivers your booking request to us — and only to the extent needed for them to provide that service. The Site may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics to understand overall traffic (such as how many people visit a page), which does not identify you personally. We do not use the Site to track you across other websites, and we do not run targeted advertising.

Data Retention

We keep booking request details for as long as needed to schedule and follow up on your appointment. Formula cards for returning clients are kept on file to maintain the quality and consistency of your color service, until you ask us to delete them.

Under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it.
